Research & Design

Our by design service offers the answer. After an initial consultation period to identify any skills gaps and training needs, we devise and construct a unique training programme individually shaped to suit your business and staff.

Programme

The course will include a mix of interactive multimedia and will be optimized for delivery via your chosen channel – your intranet, the web, DVD or CD-ROM.

Validate

We also incorporate a learning management system so learners’ progress can be monitored to check they are reaching the required standard.

Evaluate

After an agreed interval of time, we map the learners’ achievements against the business goals initially set.

All our courses are ID and password controlled and are priced per individual.
