Managing Operations (Automotive)
In day-to-day management of a business it's all too easy to become caught up in the little routine tasks that are an important part of the manager's role but which sometimes can get in the way of looking at the bigger picture - if the manager allows them to.
For example, a General Manager needs to know how the business is performing on a day today basis. Each area of the business and each manager needs to understand the importance of and have the skills necessary to compile information regarding their profitability and performance to budget on a daily and monthly cumulative basis. In a Group situation this information would be passed on to head office to enable Group functions and Company Directors to monitor each branch and the group as a whole.

This programme aims to provide new and existing managers with the knowledge required to understand, manage, monitor and grow the business.
